Standard shipping (JNE Reguler, J&T Express) takes 3–5 business days. Express options (SiCepat, GrabExpress, GoSend) take 1–2 days. Same-day delivery is available in select Bali areas.
Yes. We ship to all provinces in Indonesia through our logistics partners: JNE, J&T Express, SiCepat, GrabExpress, and GoSend.
After your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can also track your order from your account dashboard under 'Orders'.
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order enters our warehouse pipeline. Contact us via WhatsApp immediately if you need changes.
