1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PouchLab's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Age Restriction
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from PouchLab. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of being placed by a minor.
3. Products
All nicotine pouches sold by PouchLab contain nicotine, which is an addictive chemical. Products are intended solely for adult users who are already consumers of nicotine products. PouchLab makes no health claims about its products.
4. Pricing & Availability
Prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are subject to change without notice. Product availability may vary. We reserve the right to limit quantities and cancel orders at our discretion.
5. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We accept QRIS, bank transfers, virtual accounts (BRI, BCA, Mandiri, BNI), and card payments. All transactions are final unless the product is defective or incorrect.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship nationwide across Indonesia via JNE, J&T Express, SiCepat, GoSend, and GrabExpress. Delivery times vary by destination. PouchLab is not responsible for delays caused by logistics providers or natural disasters.
7. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect products within 3 days of receipt. Proof of damage (photos) is required. Opened products are non-returnable unless defective. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose, resell products to minors, or attempt to circumvent our age verification systems. Violation may result in account suspension and legal action.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of PouchLab or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
PouchLab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bali, Indonesia.
